Cecilia Ziniti is the founder and CEO of GC AI, a legal AI platform built specifically for in-house legal teams. Drawing on her experience as a general counsel at high-growth technology companies, she created GC AI to help lawyers review contracts, summarize legal documents, and integrate AI directly into the workflows that corporate legal teams use every day. Before founding GC AI, Cecilia served as General Counsel of Replit, a developer platform used by millions of programmers around the world. Over the course of her career, Cecilia has built a reputation as a technology lawyer deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem. She has advised founders and engineering teams on product counseling, platform risk, and the legal implications of new technologies. Today, through GC AI and teaching AI prompting classes, she focuses on helping in-house lawyers understand and adopt AI in a way that strengthens their role inside modern companies.
