Selected Counselwell Program Themes

Executive Presence and Legal Leadership

Mark Bowden's opening keynote addresses body language, trust, and executive presence.

AI Implementation and Department Operations

An AI implementation session and a discussion of modern legal operations cover changes inside legal departments. The afternoon program also includes in-house AI use cases and lessons learned. GC AI's AI for legal operations guide offers a practical workflow lens, from intake and source documents through lawyer review, escalation, and measurement.

Governance and Data Risk

The public agenda includes AI governance, Canadian privacy and data risk, and incident readiness. GC AI's AI governance intake guide offers a related starting point for deciding which facts and reviews an AI request should trigger.

GC AI at Counselwell Summit

The Summit is a chance to follow the AI discussions with a closer look at the technology. GC AI is an enterprise legal AI platform built for in-house teams.

As of September 2026, 2,100+ legal teams, including 300+ public companies, use GC AI for their legal work. Legal teams at Arc'teryx and Tipalti use it.

Come meet the team, ask for a demo, and tell us what your team is working on. We can show you how GC AI helps with agreements and legal questions, and share how other in-house teams are using it.
